We encourage prospective tenants to inspect the property before applying so you can ensure it's the right fit. Relocating from outside the area? No problem. Simply let us know you're happy to lease the property without an inspection, and we'll guide you through the process.

If your application is successful, we'll contact you promptly and prepare your lease agreement. To secure your new home, we'll ask you to review and sign your tenancy documents within 24 hours. Our team will arrange a convenient appointment and explain everything you need to know before your tenancy begins.

Collect Your Keys
Welcome to your new home
Keys are available for collection from 3:00pm on your lease commencement date, unless you are notified earlier by our team. Before key collection, we'll simply need your bond and the required rental payments to be received in cleared funds. Our team will ensure everything is ready so you can move in with confidence.

Entry Condition Report
Protecting both you and your home
When collecting your keys, you'll receive a detailed Entry Condition Report. Take the time to review the property carefully, make any additional comments you feel are necessary, and return the completed report within seven days. This important document helps ensure your tenancy begins with complete transparency.

Download and print our maintenance request form, then return it to the office or fax it to (07) 4755 1900.
Tenant application
Download and complete the tenancy application, then return it in person, by fax on (07) 4755 1900, or by email to info@rentalmanagers.com.au with your points of identification.
Notice of intention to vacate
Download and complete the notice of intention to leave if you're vacating one of our properties. If you're breaking your tenancy, please contact the office and speak with your property manager.
