Our management fee is a single, transparent percentage of rent collected, with no hidden add-ons for routine inspections or reporting. We'll quote your exact fee at your free appraisal so you can compare it cleanly against your current arrangement.

Our current average time to lease is 11 days. The exact timeframe depends on the property, the season and the rent, all of which we'll discuss honestly with you up front rather than over-promising to win your business.

Not for you. Once you give notice to your current manager, we coordinate the entire handover (keys, files, bond, tenant introductions) directly with them. Most owners describe it as the easiest part of the whole process.

We conduct routine inspections quarterly, plus a thorough entry and exit condition report for every tenancy. Each one becomes a photo-rich report delivered to you the same week.

One person. Your property is managed by a named member of our team who knows it by address, and you'll always be able to reach a real person during business hours.
